Rumesh has over eleven years’ experience in the business and education fields. He began his career as part of his family business, which was one of the leading building construction companies in Sri Lanka. Subsequently, Rumesh has had experience in many other industries, including IT, telecommunications, property development/maintenance, accounting, food/dairy, and, of course, education.

Rumesh brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role with EGI. He sees his most important job, however, as empowering and mentoring students so they can achieve the best possible outcomes, both professionally and personally.
