Student Enrolment:

Applying for a Student Visa:

Prospective International students intending to study in Australia must obtain a student visa from an Australian Diplomatic mission in their home country before embarking for Australia. There are regulations that must be met before a student visa is issued and these vary from country to country. Information about visa regulations is available on the Department of Immigration and Border Protection website.

Important Information for International Students:

Courses offered to international students are full time, 20 hours per week. Training and assessment is delivered face to face for 15 hours per week and 5 hours online. ECA Graduate Institute program the amount of tuition is delivered across 40 weeks in each52 week period with 12 weeks of breaks. ECA Graduate Institute course do not require any workplace training. Before lodging your enrolment application you should carefully consider whether you have enough money to cover tuition fees, living expenses, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), general expenses for books and a laptop and other items you think you may require, such as clothes, while you are in Australia

Orientation:

Students are required to attend orientation day for information sessions. Orientation is conducted one week before the course commencement date. If possible, you should arrive at least a week prior to the course commencement date in order to adequately settle into your accommodation and to familiarise yourself with the local surroundings. All new students are required to attend our orientation session which provides students with vital study information and an understanding of ECA Graduate Institute’s policies and procedures.
